Raise funds. Build skills. Save lives.
Empower your team to save lives in just 90 minutes with Heart & Stroke’s CardiacCrash Compression Challenge.

What is the CardiacCrash Compression Challenge?
The CardiacCrash Compression Challenge is a 90-minute high‑energy experience that brings employees together to introduce lifesaving CPR and AED use, fundraise for Heart & Stroke and strengthen team connection.
Through teamwork, friendly competition and hands‑on learning, participants feel more confident to act in a cardiac arrest emergency—while supporting the next research breakthroughs, advocacy and education efforts across Canada.

How the CardiacCrash Compression Challenge works
Fundraising with purpose
Teams commit to a minimum fundraising goal of $3,000. Leading up to the in‑person event, teams fundraise together in support of the next research breakthroughs, advocacy and education efforts that help save lives across Canada.
